Sigfried Buchholz: A gambling dandy, Sigfried was a childhood friend of Wolfgang, and despite their differences, they've maintained a friendship instead of grown apart. He's quite good at dealing with the sneakier, less reputable tasks that need attending. He faces every challenge with a smirk, and maintains a carefree, cocky attitude. He follows Wolfgang around not only out of loyalty, but boredom.

Beatrice Austen: The daughter of renowned inventor Solomon Austen, Beatrice has been investigating the mystery of his disappearance. Of the group, she most understands the mysterious workings of the new occult science of FaeGear engineering. Usually shy, she's known for her dry sense of humor and stubbornness. Wolfgang and Sigfried first met her while investigating her father's research.

Isaac: A young orphan of uncertain origin, Isaac is inquisitive and resourceful. For reasons unknown, he's being pursued by swarms of vicious ghouls, led by an eerie man in white. He has shown remarkable courage in dealing with even the more horrific aspects of the supernatural. He's become like something of an adopted son for the group, binding them together as a makeshift family.

Wolfgang Müller: A scholar and folklorist, Wolfgang investigates legends and fairy-tales around the world...often finding a basis in fact. Not all things that go 'bump' in the night are friendly, and he has also trained in the arts of war. For the past several years, he has been investigating potential risks of FaeGear research, and rumors of a wandering man in white. Something has left him deeply paranoid, and though he would deny it, he finds it difficult to open up to other people.
